Yes, but please make your request more specific since there are many kinds of emblem. Do you sell emblem stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the emblem are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the emblem cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the emblem reference samples showed in our website, since many of the emblem were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your emblem design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our emblem. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your emblem. Then we can quote the price of the emblem for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for emblem?
Yes, we have our emblem designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for emblem are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the emblem?
We prefer the artwork of the emblem to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of emblem as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the emblem artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of emblem to you?
No, artwork of emblem received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of emblem again. In this case, the artwork of the emblem will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

We strongly recommend you to inspect the emblem sample before you pass the order for the emblem. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of emblem, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the emblem sample come out significantly different from the design of the emblem. We do not accept order without sample approval of the emblem unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the emblem and make the payment for the emblem no matter how the bulk production of the emblem is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the emblem?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of emblem. But most of the sampling charge of emblem will be refunded when you place the order for the emblem up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the emblem sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of emblem. If the emblem sample come out does not follow the design layout of the emblem which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the emblem. On the other hand, if the emblem is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the emblem designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the emblem designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the emblem sample?
We will send the emblem sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your emblem sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the emblem?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the emblem except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin emblem which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my emblem?
You change the design of your emblem in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your emblem after the sampling process of the emblem is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the emblem allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your emblem very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the emblem start.

How long will I get my emblem sample?
Usually you can get the label sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the emblem.

How long does it take to get the emblem bulk production?
Usually the production of emblem take 10-14 days after approved the emblem sample.

Can you rush my order for the emblem?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our emblem customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the emblem in 3-5 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the emblem?
Sorry, once the order for the emblem is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the emblem such as buying the material for the emblem, parts of the emblem….etc. If the order for the emblem have to be cancelled, even the production of emblem is not yet started the emblem buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the emblem as per the amount it is purchased. If the emblem is under production, then the emblem buyer has to pay for the amount of emblem that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the emblem that is purchased. So the emblem buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the emblem.

What is the minimum order for the emblem?
We accept very small order for the emblem as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the emblem for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the emblem of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your emblem. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your emblem.

Can you make the emblem exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any emblem maker can reproduce an emblem exactly the same as your original emblem sample. We can make an emblem very close to your original emblem, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my emblem?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the emblem will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my emblem?
Our emblem factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the emblem are imported, all the production processes of the emblem take place in China.

Is the printed emblem wash resistant?
Most of the emblems are resistant to normal washes. Some production process of the emblem such as offset printing make the emblem is less wash resistant, some emblems can stand for heavy washing such as those emblem screen print by hand. So you have to state out what degree of wash resistance you require for your emblem in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the emblem.

What are your payment terms for emblem production?
Our payment term for emblem production is payment in advance for overseas emblem customer.

How to make the payment for the emblem?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your emblem by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the emblem, you may make the payment for the emblem by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the emblem quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for emblem are mostly in ex-factory term since most emblem are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the emblem only after the sample and goods of the emblem are made.

As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the emblem before the emblem is made. But once the sample of the emblem is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the emblem.

How should I ship the emblem?
Normally emblem is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the emblem goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the emblem is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of emblem goods very expensive. This is a mistake many emblem importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to emblem maker and let them send the emblem on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of emblem manufacturing located. Do you deliver the emblems to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the emblem is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. The consignee will know we are the manufacturer of the emblem. In this case, it might be harmful to the interest of emblem trader. If the emblem traders do not care about this, then we are well prepared to provide this service to them.

Yes, we are very interested to produce environment friendly product. Emblem made of TPU is one of our environment friendly products which are bio-disintegrative. The TPU emblem is also toxic free. The other environmental friendly emblems include silicon emblem, embroidery emblem….etc.
