Yes, but please make your request more specific since there are many kinds of seal. Please tell us what kind of seal you are interested, seal in what material, in what size, way of production, then we will send you the most relevant reference seal samples. If you have no idea of what kind of seal you want, you can browse through our website. If you still cannot decide on your seal, you are welcome to contact our sales.

Do you sell seal stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the seal are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the seal cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the seal reference samples showed in our website, since many of the seal were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your seal design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our seal. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your seal. Then we can quote the price of the seal for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for seal?
Yes, we have our seal designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for seal are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the seal?
We prefer the artwork of the seal to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of seal as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the seal artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of seal to you?
No, artwork of seal received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of seal again. In this case, the artwork of the seal will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

Do you provide sample of seal before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the seal for approval before bulk production. We definitely will not go ahead with the bulk production for the seal without your sample approval for your seal.

Can I go straight to production and skip the process of sample approval for the seal?
We strongly recommend you to inspect the seal sample before you pass the order for the seal. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of seal, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the seal sample come out significantly different from the design of the seal. We do not accept order without sample approval of the seal unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the seal and make the payment for the seal no matter how the bulk production of the seal is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the seal?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of seal. But most of the sampling charge of seal will be refunded when you place the order for the seal up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the seal sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of seal. If the seal sample come out does not follow the design layCtoof the seal which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the seal. On the other hand, if the seal is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the seal designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the seal designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the seal sample?
We will send the seal sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your seal sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the seal?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the seal except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin seal which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my seal?
You change the design of your seal in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your seal after the sampling process of the seal is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the seal allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your seal very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the seal start.

How long will I get my seal sample?
Usually you can get the seal sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the seal.

How long does it take to get the seal bulk production?
Usually the production of seal take 10-14 days after approved the seal sample.

Can you rush my order for the seal?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our seal customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the seal in 3-4 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the seal?
Sorry, once the order for the seal is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the seal such as buying the material for the seal, parts of the seal….etc. If the order for the seal have to be cancelled, even the production of seal is not yet started the seal buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the seal as per the amount it is purchased. If the seal is under production, then the seal buyer has to pay for the amount of seal that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the seal that is purchased. So the seal buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the seal.

What is the minimum order for the seal?
We accept very small order for the seal as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the seal for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the seal of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your seal. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your seal.

Can you make the seal exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any seal maker can reproduce a seal exactly the same as your original seal sample. We can make a seal very close to your original seal, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my seal?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the seal will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my seal?
Our seal factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the seal are imported; all the production processes of the seal take place in China.

Is the seal wash resistant?
No, most of the logo of the seal are hot stamped or printed in paper label, so the seal are not prepared for washing. And the string of the seal is not dyed for washing as well. If you want the seal to be wash. We have to specially design and make for you. So you have to state out your wash resistance requirement for your seal in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the seal.

Do you supply seal with security lock or without?
We supply seals of both. The barb of the seal can be plastic or metal. We have a number of barbs of the seal for your choice. After the barb is plugged into the body of the seal, the barb will be broke when it is pulled out from the seal body. The seal without barb can also be attached to product by the loop and self-adhesive sponge. The sticker for the seal can be thick or thin to the fit the requirement of the seal designer. Please clarify what your need for the attachment devices when you make the enquiry for your seal, since the cost of the seal ill be different.

What are your payment terms for seal production?
Our payment term for seal production is payment in advance for overseas seal customer.

How to make the payment for the seal?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your seal by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the seal, you may make the payment for the seal by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the seal quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for seal are mostly in ex-factory term since most seal are tailor made; we know the weight and packing size of the seal only after the sample and goods of the seal are made.

How much is the shipping cost for the seal?
As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the seal before the seal is made. But once the sample of the seal is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the seal.

How should I ship the seal?
Normally seal is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the seal goods by couriers who provide door to door service if the gross weight of the seal is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of seal goods very expensive. This is a mistake many seal importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to seal maker and let them send the seal on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of seal manufacturing located. Do you deliver the seals to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the seal is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. The consignee will know we are the manufacturer of the seal. In this case, it might be harmful to the interest of seal trader. If the seal traders do not care about this, then we are well prepared to provide this service to them.

Can you make seals other than those showed in your website?
Yes, we are eager to try new seals with new material and technique.

Do you supply environmental friendly seal?
