Do you sell decal stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the decal are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the decal cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the decal reference samples showed in our website, since many of the decal were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your decal design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our decal. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your decal. Then we can quote the price of the decal for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for decal?
Yes, we have our decal designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for decal are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the decal?
We prefer the artwork of the decal to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of decal as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the decal artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of decal to you?
No, artwork of decal received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of decal again. In this case, the artwork of the decal will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

Do you provide sample of decal before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the decal for approval before bulk production. We definitely will not go ahead with the bulk production for the decal without your sample approval for your decal.

Can I go straight to production and skip the process of sample approval for the decal?
We strongly recommend you to inspect the decal sample before you pass the order for the decal. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of decal, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the decal sample come out significantly different from the design of the decal. We do not accept order without sample approval of the decal unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the decal and make the payment for the decal no matter how the bulk production of the decal is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the decal?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of decal. But most of the sampling charge of decal will be refunded when you place the order for the decal up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the decal sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of decal. If the decal sample come out does not follow the design layout of the decal which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the decal. On the other hand, if the decal is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the decal designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the decal designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the decal sample?
We will send the decal sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your decal sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the decal?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the decal except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin decal which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my decal?
You change the design of your decal in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your decal after the sampling process of the decal is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the decal allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your decal very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the decal start.

How long will I get my decal sample?
Usually you can get the label sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the decal.

How long does it take to get the decal bulk production?
Usually the production of decal take 10-14 days after approved the decal sample.

Can you rush my order for the decal?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our decal customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the decal in 3-5 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the decal?
Sorry, once the order for the decal is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the decal such as buying the material for the decal, parts of the decal….etc. If the order for the decal have to be cancelled, even the production of decal is not yet started the decal buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the decal as per the amount it is purchased. If the decal is under production, then the decal buyer has to pay for the amount of decal that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the decal that is purchased. So the decal buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the decal.

What is the minimum order for the decal?
We accept very small order for the decal as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the decal for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the decal of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your decal. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your decal.

Can you make the decal exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any decal maker can reproduce a decal exactly the same as your original decal sample. We can make a decal very close to your original decal, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my decal?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the decal will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my decal?
Our decal factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the decal are imported, all the production processes of the decal take place in China.

Is the printed decal UV wash resistant?
Most of the decals are not resistant to UV light. If UV resistance is required for the decal, you must state out this condition when you make the enquiry. The material and the ink for the decal will be different. And the cost of the decal will not be the same.

Do you supply decal pre-cut or on roll?
We supply decal both pre-cut and on roll. Please clarify this when you make the enquiry for your decal, since the cost of the decal will be different.

What are your payment terms for decal production?
Our payment term for decal production is payment in advance for overseas decal customer.

How to make the payment for the decal?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your decal by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the decal, you may make the payment for the decal by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the decal quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for decal are mostly in ex-factory term since most decal are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the decal only after the sample and goods of the decal are made.

How much is the shipping cost for the decal?
As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the decal before the decal is made. But once the sample of the decal is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the decal.

How should I ship the decal?
Normally decal is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the decal goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the decal is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of decal goods very expensive. This is a mistake many decal importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to decal maker and let them send the decal on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of decal manufacturing located. You can have the decal maker to quote you the cost before you make the decision.

Do you deliver the decals to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the decal is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. The consignee will know we are the manufacturer of the decal. In this case, it might be harmful to the interest of decal trader. If the decal traders do not care about this, then we are well prepared to provide this service to them.

Can you make decals other than those showed in your website?
Yes, we are eager to try new decals with new material and technique.

Do you supply environmental friendly decal?
Yes, we are very interested to produce environment friendly product. Decal made of TPU is one of our environment friendly products which are bio-disintegrative. The decals are also toxic free.

Do you work with decal trader?
Yes, actually most of our customers are decal traders; of course, final buyers of decal are equally welcome.
