Please tell us what kind of label you are interested, label in what material, in what size, way of production, then we will send you the most relevant reference label samples. Do you sell label stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the label are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the label cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the label reference samples showed in our website, since many of the labels were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your label design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our label. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your label. Then we can quote the price of the label for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for label?
Yes, we have our label designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for label are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the label?
We prefer the artwork of the label to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of label as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the label artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of label to you?
No, artwork of label received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of label again. In this case, the artwork of the label will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

Do you provide sample of label before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the label for approval before bulk production. We definitely will not go ahead with the bulk production for the label without your sample approval for your label.

Can I go straight to production and skip the process of sample approval for the label?
We strongly recommend you to inspect the label sample before you pass the order for the label. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of label, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the label sample come out significantly different from the design of the label. We do not accept order without sample approval of the label unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the label and make the payment for the label no matter how the bulk production of the label is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the label?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of label. But most of the sampling charge of label will be refunded when you place the order for the label up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the label sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of label. If the label sample come out does not follow the design layout of the label which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the label. On the other hand, if the label is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the label designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the label designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the label sample?
We will send the label sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your label sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the label?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the label except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin label which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my label?
You change the design of your label in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your label after the sampling process of the label is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the label allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your label very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the label start.

How long will I get my label sample?
Usually you can get the label sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the label.

How long does it take to get the label bulk production?
Usually the production of label take 10-14 days after approved the label sample.

Can you rush my order for the label?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our label customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the label in 1-2 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the label?
Sorry, once the order for the label is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the label such as buying the material for the label, parts of the label….etc. If the order for the label have to be cancelled, even the production of label is not yet started the label buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the label as per the amount it is purchased. If the label is under production, then the label buyer has to pay for the amount of label that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the label that is purchased. So the label buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the label.

What is the minimum order for the label?
We accept very small order for the label as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the label for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the label of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your label. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your label.

Can you make the label exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any label maker can reproduce a label exactly the same as your original label sample. We can make a label very close to your original label, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my label?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the label will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my label?
Our label factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the label are imported; all the production processes of the label take place in China.

Is the printed label wash resistant?
Most of the labels are resistant to normal wash. Some production process of the label such as offset printing make the label is less wash resistant, some labels can stand for heavy washing such as those label screen print by hand. So you have to state out what degree of wash resistance you require for your label in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the label.

Do you supply label pre-cut or on roll?
We supply label both pre-cut and on roll. We can also supply the label folded or unfolded. Please clarify this when you make the enquiry for your label, since the cost of the label will be different.

What are your payment terms for label production?
Our payment term for label production is payment in advance for overseas label customer.

How to make the payment for the label?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your label by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the label, you may make the payment for the label by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the label quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for label are mostly in ex-factory term since most label are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the label only after the sample and goods of the label are made.

How much is the shipping cost for the label?
As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the label before the label is made. But once the sample of the label is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the label.

How should I ship the label?
Normally label is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the label goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the label is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of label goods very expensive. This is a mistake many label importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to label maker and let them send the label on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of label manufacturing located. You can have the label maker to quote you the cost before you make the decision.

Do you deliver the labels to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the label is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. The consignee will know we are the manufacturer of the label. In this case, it might be harmful to the interest of label trader. If the label traders do not care about this, then we are well prepared to provide this service to them.

Can you make labels other than those showed in your website?
Yes, we are eager to try new labels with new material and technique.

Do you supply environmental friendly label?
Yes, we are very interested to produce environment friendly product. Label made of TPU is one of our environment friendly products which are bio-disintegrative. The label is also toxic free.
