Do you sell lanyard stock?
No, we do not sell lanyard stock since the trademark and logo on the lanyard are properties of their respective holder. Only those plain lanyards can be sold as stock.

How much does the lanyard cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the lanyard reference samples showed in our website, since many of the lanyards were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your lanyard design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our lanyard. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your lanyard. Then we can quote the price of the lanyard for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for lanyard?
Yes, we have our lanyard designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for lanyard are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the lanyard?
We prefer the artwork of the lanyard to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of lanyard as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the lanyard artwork file on CD.

Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of lanyard. But most of the sampling charge of lanyard will be refunded when you place the order for the lanyard up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the lanyard sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of lanyard. If the lanyard sample come out does not follow the design layout of the lanyard which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the lanyard. We will send the lanyard sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your lanyard sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the lanyard except some very exceptional cases for that lanyard which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my lanyard?
You change the design of your lanyard in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your lanyard after the sampling process of the lanyard is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the lanyard allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your lanyard very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the lanyard start.

How long will I get my lanyard sample?
Usually you can get the lanyard sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the lanyard.

How long does it take to get the lanyard bulk production?
Usually the production of lanyard take 10-14 days after approved the lanyard sample.

Can you rush my order for the lanyard?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our lanyard customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the lanyard in 1-2 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the lanyard?
Sorry, once the order for the lanyard is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the lanyard such as buying the material for the lanyard, parts of the lanyard ….etc. If the order for the lanyard have to be cancelled, even the production of lanyard is not yet started the lanyard buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the lanyard as per the amount it is purchased. We accept very small order for the lanyard as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Can I have the lanyard of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your lanyard. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your lanyard.

Can you make the lanyard exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any lanyard maker can reproduce a lanyard exactly the same as your original lanyard sample. We can make a lanyard very close to your original lanyard, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my lanyard?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the lanyard will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my lanyard?
Our lanyard factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the lanyard are imported; all the production processes of the lanyard take place in China.

Is the lanyard wash resistant?
The jacquard lanyards with plastic accessories are wash resistant. The printed lanyards with the metal accessories are not recommended to wash.

Is the lanyard safe?
The most concerned safety problem for lanyard is whether it can be breakaway when the lanyard is pulled hardly. If not, then there will be the problem of potential injury. We have breakaway device in various designs for our lanyard.
