Can I get reference sample of patch?
Yes, but please make your request more specific since there are many kinds of patch. Please tell us what kind of patch you are interested, patch in what material, in what size, way of production, then we will send you the most relevant reference patch samples. If you have no idea of what kind of patch you want, you can browse through our website. If you still cannot decide on your patch, you are welcome to contact our sales.

Do you sell patch stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the patch are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the patch cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the patch reference samples showed in our website, since many of the patch were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your patch design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our patch. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your patch. Then we can quote the price of the patch for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for patch?
Yes, we have our patch designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for patch are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the patch?
We prefer the artwork of the patch to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of patch as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the patch artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of patch to you?
No, artwork of patch received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of patch again. In this case, the artwork of the patch will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

Do you provide sample of patch before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the patch for approval before bulk production. We definitely will not go ahead with the bulk production for the patch without your sample approval for your patch.

Can I go straight to production and skip the process of sample approval for the patch?
We strongly recommend you to inspect the patch sample before you pass the order for the patch. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of patch, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the patch sample come out significantly different from the design of the patch. We do not accept order without sample approval of the patch unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the patch and make the payment for the patch no matter how the bulk production of the patch is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the patch?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of patch. But most of the sampling charge of patch will be refunded when you place the order for the patch up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the patch sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of patch. If the patch sample come out does not follow the design layout of the patch which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the patch. On the other hand, if the patch is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the patch designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the patch designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the patch sample?
We will send the patch sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your patch sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the patch?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the patch except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin patch which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my patch?
You change the design of your patch in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your patch after the sampling process of the patch is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the patch allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your patch very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the patch start.

How long will I get my patch sample?
Usually you can get the patch sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the patch.

How long does it take to get the patch bulk production?
Usually the production of patch take 10-14 days after approved the patch sample.

Can you rush my order for the patch?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our patch customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the patch in 1-2 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the patch?
Sorry, once the order for the patch is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the patch such as buying the material for the patch, parts of the patch ….etc. If the order for the patch have to be cancelled, even the production of patch is not yet started the patch buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the patch as per the amount it is purchased. If the patch is under production, then the patch buyer has to pay for the amount of patch that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the patch that is purchased. So the patch buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the patch.

What is the minimum order for the patch?
We accept very small order for the patch as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the patch for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the patch of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your patch. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your patch.

Can you make the patch exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any patch maker can reproduce a patch exactly the same as your original patch sample. We can make a patch very close to your original patch, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my patch?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the patch will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my patch?
Our patch factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the patch are imported; all the production processes of the patch take place in China.

Is the printed patch wash resistant?
Most of the patches are resistant to normal washes. Some production process of the patch such as offset printing make the patch less wash resistant, some patches can stand for heavy washing such as those patches screen print by hand. So you have to state out what degree of wash resistance you require for your printed patch in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the patch.

Do you supply patch pre-cut or on roll?
We supply patch both pre-cut and on roll. We can also supply the patch folded or unfolded. Please clarify this when you make the enquiry for your patch, since the cost of the patch will be different.

What are your payment terms for patch production?
Our payment term for patch production is payment in advance for overseas patch customer.

How to make the payment for the patch?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your patch by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the patch, you may make the payment for the patch by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the patch quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for patch are mostly in ex-factory term since most patch are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the patch only after the sample and goods of the patch are made.

How much is the shipping cost for the patch?
As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the patch before the patch is made. But once the sample of the patch is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the patch.

How should I ship the patch?
Normally patch is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the patch goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the patch is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of patch goods very expensive. This is a mistake many patch importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to patch maker and let them send the patch on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of patch manufacturing located. You can have the patch maker to quote you the cost before you make the decision.

Do you deliver the patches to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the patch is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. The consignee will know we are the manufacturer of the patch. In this case, it might be harmful to the interest of patch trader. If the patch traders do not care about this, then we are well prepared to provide this service to them.

Can you make patches other than those showed in your website?
Yes, we are eager to try new patches with new material and technique.

Do you supply environmental friendly patch?
Yes, we are very interested to produce environment friendly product. Patch made of TPU is one of our environment friendly products which are bio-disintegrative. The patch is also toxic free. Many others patches we supply are environmental friendly such as silicon patch, canvas patch, cotton patch, embroidery patch…..etc.

Do you work with patch trader?
