Do you sell slider stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the slider are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the slider cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the slider reference samples showed in our website, since many of the slider were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your slider design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our slider. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your slider. Then we can quote the price of the slider for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for slider?
Yes, we have our slider designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for slider are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the slider?
We prefer the artwork of the slider to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of slider as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the slider artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of slider to you?
No, artwork of slider received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of slider again. In this case, the artwork of the slider will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

We do not accept order without sample approval of the slider unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the slider and make the payment for the slider no matter how the bulk production of the slider is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the slider?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of slider. But most of the sampling charge of slider will be refunded when you place the order for the slider up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the slider sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of slider. If the slider sample come out does not follow the design layout of the slider which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the slider. On the other hand, if the slider is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the slider designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the slider designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the slider sample?
We will send the slider sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your slider sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the slider?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the slider except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin slider which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my slider?
You change the design of your slider in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your slider after the sampling process of the slider is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the slider allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your slider very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the slider start.

How long will I get my slider sample?
Usually you can get the label sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the slider.

How long does it take to get the slider bulk production?
Usually the production of slider take 10-14 days after approved the slider sample.

Can you rush my order for the slider?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our slider customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the slider in 3-5 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the slider?
Sorry, once the order for the slider is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the slider such as buying the material for the slider, parts of the slider….etc. If the order for the slider have to be cancelled, even the production of slider is not yet started the slider buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the slider as per the amount it is purchased. If the slider is under production, then the slider buyer has to pay for the amount of slider that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the slider that is purchased. So the slider buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the slider.

What is the minimum order for the slider?
We accept very small order for the slider as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the slider for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the slider of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your slider. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your slider.

Can you make the slider exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any slider maker can reproduce a slider exactly the same as your original slider sample. We can make a slider very close to your original slider, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my slider?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the slider will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my slider?
Our slider factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the slider are imported, all the production processes of the slider take place in China.

Is the printed slider wash resistant?
Most of the sliders are resistant to normal wash. Some production process of the slider such as offset printing make the slider is less wash resistant, some sliders can stand for heavy washing such as those slider screen print by hand. So you have to state out what degree of wash resistance you require for your slider in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the slider.

Do you supply the complete zipper with the slider or just the slider?
We supply the slider pull only. At the moment we do not supply the complete zipper with the slider pull. In the future we may supply the complete zipper set when our production capacity is upgraded, but we will stick to the production of slider pull.

What are your payment terms for slider production?
Our payment term for slider production is payment in advance for overseas slider customer.

How to make the payment for the slider?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your slider by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the slider, you may make the payment for the slider by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the slider quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for slider are mostly in ex-factory term since most slider are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the slider only after the sample and goods of the slider are made.

Normally slider is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the slider goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the slider is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of slider goods very expensive. This is a mistake many slider importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to slider maker and let them send the slider on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of slider manufacturing located. Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the slider is a final buyer.
