Do you sell sticker stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the sticker are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the sticker cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the sticker reference samples showed in our website, since many of the sticker were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your sticker design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our sticker . Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your sticker. Then we can quote the price of the sticker for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for sticker?
Yes, we have our sticker designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for sticker are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the sticker?
We prefer the artwork of the sticker to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of sticker as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the sticker artwork file on CD.

Can I fax my artwork of sticker to you?
No, artwork of sticker received by fax cannot provide the quality needed for film making. We need to draw the artwork of sticker again. In this case, the artwork of the sticker will not be exactly the same as your original label design.

Do you provide sample of sticker before production?
Yes, we will send you samples of the sticker for approval before bulk production. We definitely will not go ahead with the bulk production for the sticker without your sample approval for your sticker.

Can I go straight to production and skip the process of sample approval for the sticker?
We strongly recommend you to inspect the sticker sample before you pass the order for the sticker. It will be very risky if you do not do it this way. In the sampling process of sticker, mistakes or some technical problems often happen and make the sticker sample come out significantly different from the design of the sticker. We do not accept order without sample approval of the sticker unless the customer signed an agreement to declare that they will bear all the risk. That is to say, they will accept the sticker and make the payment for the sticker no matter how the bulk production of the sticker is like.

Shall I pay the set up charge for the sticker?
Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of sticker. But most of the sampling charge of sticker willabelrefunded when you place the order for the sticker up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the sticker sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of sticker. If the sticker sample come out does not follow the design layout of the sticker which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the sticker. On the other hand, if the sticker is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the sticker designer. Then the responsibilities are laid on the sticker designer and customer.

Who is paying the postage of mailing the sticker sample?
We will send the sticker sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your sticker sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the sticker?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the sticker except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin sticker which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my sticker?
You change the design of your sticker in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your sticker after the sampling process of the sticker is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the sticker allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your sticker very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the sticker sticker start.

How long will I get my sticker sample?
Usually you can get the sticker sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the sticker.

How long does it take to get the sticker bulk production?
Usually the production of sticker take 10-14 days after approved the sticker sample.

Can you rush my order for the sticker?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our sticker customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the sticker in 1-2 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the sticker?
Sorry, once the order for the sticker is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the sticker such as buying the material for the sticker, parts of the sticker….etc. If the order for the sticker have to be cancelled, even the production of sticker is not yet started the sticker buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the sticker as per the amount it is purchased. If the sticker is under production, then the sticker buyer has to pay for the amount of sticker that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the sticker that is purchased. So the sticker buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the sticker.

What is the minimum order for the sticker?
We accept very small order for the sticker as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the sticker for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the sticker of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your sticker. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your sticker.

Can you make the sticker exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any sticker maker can reproduce a sticker exactly the same as your original sticker sample. We can make a sticker very close to your original sticker, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my sticker?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the sticker will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my sticker?
Our sticker factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the sticker are imported, all the production processes of the sticker take place in China.

Is the printed sticker UV wash resistant?

Most of the stickers are not resistant to UV light. If UV resistance is required for the sticker, you must state out this condition when you make the enquiry. The material and the ink for the sticker will be different. And the cost of the sticker will not be the same.

Do you supply sticker pre-cut or on roll?
We supply stickers both pre-cut and on roll. We can also supply the stickers with different backing materials. Please clarify this when you make the enquiry for your sticker, since the cost of the sticker will be different.

What are your payment terms for sticker production?
Our payment term for sticker production is payment in advance for overseas sticker customer.

How to make the payment for the sticker?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your sticker by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the sticker, you may make the payment for the sticker by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Does the price of the sticker quoted include freight?
Prices quoted for sticker are mostly in ex-factory term since most sticker are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the sticker only after the sample and goods of the sticker are made.

How much is the shipping cost for the sticker?
As we have mentioned above, it is very hard to calculate the shipping cost if the sticker before the sticker is made. But once the sample of the sticker is made, we can make a more accurate estimation for the shipping cost for the sticker.

How should I ship the sticker?
Normally sticker is small and light in weight, it is recommended to ship the sticker goods by courier which provide door to door service if the gross weight of the sticker is less than 50 kgs. The cost per kg might be cheaper for shipment by air cargo or by sea; the problem is there is many additional charge such as local transportation, document charge and handling charge which make shipment of small amount of sticker goods very expensive. This is a mistake many sticker importers often made which will kill all their profit. Another suggestion is to prepay the courier charge to sticker maker and let them send the sticker on their own account. The reason is that the rate of courier charge is normally lower in the Asia zone where the centre of sticker manufacturing located. Do you deliver the stickers to a number of locations on behalf of customer?
Yes, we can provide this service especially when the customer of the sticker is a final buyer. It is because during the delivery process, our company information will inevitably showed in some documents. Yes, we are very interested to produce environment friendly product. Sticker made of TPU is one of our environment friendly products which is bio-disintegrative. The sticker is also toxic free.
